All of our lumpia is made and hand-rolled by us at our production kitchen in Waterford, Wisconsin!
No. Currently, all our lumpia is made with flour-based wrappers and contain gluten. We hope to be able to offer a gluten-free option soon!
Our Shanghai lumpia is a take on one of our founders, Alexa's, grandma's recipe <3 Made with ground pork, minced veggies, spices, and some (not-so-secret-anymore ingredients). Also available vegan (made with Impossible meat).
Shipping
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Yes, there is a 4-pack minimum for shipped orders.
The cost of shipping frozen food is extremely high due to the weight and cost of dry ice, materials, and 1-3 day express shipping. We hope to be able to reduce shipping costs for you in the future!
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped by the following Tuesday after you purchase, unless otherwise noted (please expect delays around federal holidays). Your box will be in transit with the carrier for 1-3 days, depending on your location.
Your lumpia will be packaged in superior-performing insulated ChillBoxes and 5-10 lbs of dry ice to ensure they stay cold during transit!
A little thawed is okay, as long as it is cold when you receive it! If you suspect your lumpia is not cold enough, take a food thermometer and measure the temperature of the filling. If the internal temperature reads 45 degrees or above, simply take a photo of the thermometer and lumpia and send it over to us, along with your order number. If your lumpia is in unsatisfactory condition when it arrives, we are happy to replace your order free of charge.
At the moment, we are not taking pre-orders for frozen packs, but all packs in our Waterford store will be available on a "first come, first served" basis.

We do offer take-out only at our store in Waterford, WI. Pick up some hot lumpia for now, and frozen packs for later!
We primarily use our kitchen to fulfill wholesale, online, food truck, and catering orders, which is why we keep our restaurant menu sweet and simple!
